Stephen Prothero is a Professor of Religion at Boston University specializing in American religions. He received his BA from Yale College in American Studies and his MA and PhD from Harvard University in the Study of Religion.
I agree with Buddaism that the human problem is ourselves. We are our own problem and continue to be due to our desires and wants of this earth. We want things that are bad for us and we still continue to pursue them, which brings on more problems. We are our own problem and until we notice that, there will be no change.
