I really enjoyed this video. I had no idea that Upanishads were scriptures written in India. The images from the video were very helpful to understand the different sections/topics of the video. The video helped simplify the very complicated information of the Upanishads.
I never knew what Upanishad meant until I watched this video.The way this video was made and described really helps, especially with the breakdown of the words with the imagery used. The arrows also help ease the confusion in understanding and taking in new knowledge.
