We had some good conversation about numinous experiences the students have had. A couple of them got rather emotional ... one almost cried. It is obvious how these experiences have impacted them.
This presentation was one of my favorites! I loved how personal it got. It really got me to think about my own experiences. Although they weren't as intense as others' who shared, I thought everyone in the class could somehow relate in one way or another.
I loved this lecture! I remember how interesting it was to hear all the students share their numinous experience. I also had a numinous experience myself. I remember sleeping in my room one time and feeling like my grandmother was next to me, even though she passed away a while ago. This was definitely an overwhelming and unforgettable experience.
I have never had a teacher use this type of presentation powerpoint. Its not a normal slide powerpoint that goes up and down. These power points caught my attention a lot and were very useful when it came down to understanding specific parts of the chapter i was unsure about.
this was one of my favorite lectures in class this whole year. I never really fully understood the full definition of sacred. Now after watching these slides and listening to my classmates experiences fully understand it it still interest me now!!
My favorite part of this class in particular is that we are able to have interesting discussion. When people share their stories and experiences they've gone through, it allows me to understand the material better. I believe this discussion was the most memorable.
One of the most meaningful class discussions I have ever had. This topic is very personal and meaningful. It enriches the role which religion has had in the lives of others. It takes a lot to tell a personal story like the ones I heard in class, this is what makes class great!

I remember telling my mom about a student in our class whose grandmother pretty much "saved his life" one night. I'm not sure if this is weird, but I'm actually looking forward to having a numinous experience.
